History & Mission

Since our founding in 1959, Sellmore Industries, Inc. has operated as a family run business and has been proud to stock the finest quality building material products in the industry. We provide the professional contractor with all the products needed to fulfill our mission of being a true "one stop" wholesale distribution supplier of quality residential & commercial roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters and accessories.

Besides providing distribution building material products, Sellmore is also proud to provide a fine line of vinyl windows manufactured at our plant in Buffalo, NY. The "Energy King" provides a competitively priced window without sacrificing quality. In 2010 this new and improved line of windows was developed in four colors (White, Brown, Green & Sandalwood) that offer a variety of choices sure to please any homeowner.

Window & Door Manufacturing was the impetus that really launched Sellmore's growth to the East Coast. In 1959 Jim & Bob Yoviene started Sellmore Industries as a window manufacturing plant and then also opened up a building products distribution center called "Siding City" in Buffalo, NY - the name was later changed to just Sellmore Industries, Inc. The brothers then opened locations on the east coast starting in Baltimore, MD then Hagerstown, MD and finally Philadelphia, PA.
